Who this notice covers

This notice applies to the Sovereign Bio corporate site, the NAIA Health marketing page, and the controlled NAIA Health early-access lifecycle at sovereignbio.net. Sovereign Bio LLC is the controller of the information described here. The English-only alpha is limited to adults 18 years of age or older. Do not use the early-access form or support email to send health information.

Information the landing page handles

Optional NAIA Health page analytics

The NAIA Health marketing page offers optional Firebase Analytics, off until you allow it. Advertising storage, advertising user data, and ad personalization remain denied. Early-access and lifecycle pages are separate builds that do not load Firebase Analytics or carry that preference into those pages.

Your marketing-page analytics choice is stored in your browser under the key sovereignbio.analytics-consent.v1. You can reopen Analytics preferences from the NAIA Health page footer and change that choice.

Early-access requests

When you submit a controlled early-access request, the form collects only:

• an email address;
• the version and server time of consent to receive early-access updates; and
• bounded source attribution and narrow operational fields used to prevent duplicate or abusive submissions.

The form does not ask for diagnoses, medications, labs, symptoms, provider notes, or free-form medical history. Please do not include health information in an early-access request or support email.

Technical requests

Hosting and security infrastructure may process ordinary request information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as a network address, requested path, timestamp, and browser or device characteristics. Sovereign Bio LLC does not use raw form bodies or email addresses as analytics event data.

How information is used

• Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the landing page.
• Measure landing-page usage only after analytics consent.
• Confirm and administer early-access requests, prevent duplicates and abuse, honor communication choices, and send the updates a requester agreed to receive.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations and protect the service and its users.

Landing-page form information is not used for advertising personalization. Any additional use or disclosure associated with early-access collection will be added to this notice before that processing begins.

Service providers

Google Cloud provides application hosting, database, encryption-key, secrets, backup, and restricted logging infrastructure. Firebase Hosting delivers the public pages; optional Firebase Analytics is limited to the marketing-page boundary described above. Resend processes outbound transactional early-access email and associated delivery events for Sovereign Bio LLC. These providers process limited information to perform their services.

Retention and control

Your analytics preference remains in your browser until you change it or clear browser storage. Google may retain consented analytics information according to the configured Google Analytics retention settings.

Active requested records expire after 12 months. Request-idempotency records expire after 24 hours. An unsubscribe or provider suppression retains only the approved keyed lookup and minimum lifecycle timestamps for up to 24 months so the service can continue honoring the choice. Firestore backup copies age out under a maximum 14-week schedule.

Confirmation links are one-time and expire after 24 hours. Replaceable preferences links expire after 30 days. Erasure links are one-time and expire after one hour. You may also contact support@sovereignbio.net; we may need to verify control of the relevant address.

Your choices

• Decline optional analytics or withdraw analytics consent from the landing-page footer.
• Do not submit the early-access form.
• Use the unsubscribe method in an early-access email when you receive one.
• Contact support with a privacy request.

Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide additional privacy rights. Contact us to make a request.

Security and limits

Sovereign Bio LLC uses administrative and technical controls intended to protect landing-page information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. This notice does not claim HIPAA, SOC 2, FDA, clinical, or other certification status.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice as the landing page and early-access process change. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be presented through an appropriate notice.
