Terms
Website terms
Last updated July 25, 2026
These terms govern use of the Sovereign Bio website and its early-access request experience. The website provides company and product information and demonstrations. It does not provide medical care or guarantee product access, availability, or outcomes.
Agreement
By using this website, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit an early-access request. Use of this website alone is not acceptance of any NAIA Health alpha software terms.
Who operates the page
The website is operated by Sovereign Bio LLC, a United States company based in Utah. References to “SovereignBio,” “we,” or “us” in these terms mean Sovereign Bio LLC.
Product information and demonstrations
The website may show current product capabilities, demonstrations using synthetic or sanitized data, and descriptions of future direction. Demonstrations are illustrative and may not represent every platform, configuration, model provider, or release. Product availability, pricing, supported platforms, and terms may change before an offer is made.
Early-access requests do not guarantee an invitation, response, release date, feature, or platform. If Sovereign Bio offers NAIA Health alpha software, it will present product-specific alpha terms through an appropriate acceptance process.
Not medical advice or care
SovereignBio does not replace a doctor, pharmacist, emergency service, or other qualified healthcare professional. Landing-page content and demonstrations do not diagnose disease, prescribe treatment, determine whether a medication is safe for you, or establish a personal treatment target.
Do not rely on this page to make medication, dose, treatment, or emergency decisions. Discuss medical questions with a qualified clinician or pharmacist. If you may be experiencing an emergency, contact local emergency services.
Acceptable use
You may use the website for lawful personal or business evaluation. You may not:
- interfere with, probe, overload, or circumvent the page or its security controls;
- submit automated, deceptive, fraudulent, or abusive requests;
- use the page to violate another person's privacy or other rights;
- misrepresent your relationship with SovereignBio; or
- copy or use page content in a way that violates applicable law or intellectual-property rights.
Early-access submissions
The controlled early-access form is limited to adults 18 years of age or older who can participate in the English-only alpha. Provide accurate contact information that you are authorized to use. Do not submit health information, diagnoses, medications, labs, symptoms, provider notes, or another person's information through the form.
Early-access requests may be unavailable, and do not guarantee access. If you receive early-access communications, you may withdraw using the unsubscribe method provided or by emailing support@sovereignbio.net.
Ownership
The website, brand assets, product demonstrations, copy, design, and software are owned by Sovereign Bio LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. These terms do not transfer ownership or grant rights to use SovereignBio names, marks, or assets outside ordinary use of the website.
Third-party services and links
The page may rely on or link to third-party services. Their services and content are governed by their own terms and policies. Sovereign Bio LLC is not responsible for third-party services it does not control.
Disclaimers
The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Sovereign Bio LLC disclaims warranties that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Sovereign Bio LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the website. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Utah will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these terms, except where applicable law requires another forum.
Changes
We may update the website and these terms. The date above identifies the current version. Continued use after updated terms become effective means you accept the updated terms to the extent permitted by law.
