Start with the history you can account for
Dose and exposure history is an existing early-access workflow. Keep confirmed events distinct from plans, and use the published release notes to understand which record tools are available in your version.
A useful record distinguishes the original information from an explanation of it. Keep dates, sources, and uncertainty in view when preparing questions for a health professional. An AI-generated explanation is not the original lab result or a diagnosis.
Know what is still being built
Slida 0.2.6 adds Labs & Measurement workflows for searching labs and viewing values. Document ingestion still has limits: full patient-portal exports can exceed current handling, and reports contain narrative and provider context alongside measurements. The website’s scan, import, and sharing scenes do not establish support for every PDF, laboratory, patient portal, or clinical system.
Do not rely on an early-access record as the only copy of a medical document or an emergency care instruction. Retain the original records and use your provider’s established process for urgent or clinical communication.
Interoperability needs a specific scope
HL7 FHIR is a standard for exchanging healthcare information. Supporting a particular export format does not mean that every provider can import it or that all of your records will map without loss.
Confirm the supported format, version, resource types, and receiving system before depending on an exchange. This page does not claim universal FHIR compatibility, certification, or automatic connections to patient portals.
Common questions
Can I import any lab report or patient-portal record?
Universal import is not promised. Labs, document handling, and clinical integrations have their own availability boundaries; check your release before relying on a particular source or format.
Is Slida an electronic health record for a clinic?
Slida is personal health-record software. It is not an EHR and does not replace the records or clinical responsibilities of your healthcare providers.
